Daily Delivery and Mail Run Services

For most mail runs we work on a window of available timing of morning pick up at 10am and deliver around 12am or afternoon pick up of 3pm and deliver to the post office before 5pm.

Each run is done in a regular car and if we must wait in line at the post office, we charge waiting time as follows:

Our base price is $35.00 per run within 12 miles of San Francisco with 15 minutes of waiting time included. For each additional minute we charge $1.00 per minute. (For most other areas our base price is $40.00)
For each additional run we charge $35.00
If a Van is required we charge an additional $50 van fee
$5.00 per box
Weight: No charge up to 10 lbs. on regular deliveries. Add 15 cents for each additional pound.

General Delivery Information

Our standard San Francisco delivery service is a two to three (2-3) hours.

Monday – Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Regular Rates (from 5:00 p.m. – 8 p.m. add 50% to rate)
Saturday and Sunday: add 50% to rate
Weekdays after 8:00 p.m., Sundays, & holidays: delivery fees are twice the listed rate
